Invoices for our services are payable upon receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
The User agrees to pay a monthly fee for hosting services, the amount of which will be determined and communicated to the User in writing prior to the commencement of services. Failure to pay the monthly fee by the specified due date may result in the suspension or termination of services until the outstanding amount is settled. The User acknowledges and agrees that any interruption in service due to non-payment shall not relieve the User of the responsibility to pay the outstanding amount.
5. Modifications to Terms
WebSpark reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms of Service on our website.
It is the responsibility of users to review these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
